On our way to Roma, and then after playing in Roma, on our way to Milano, (so somewhere between), we stayed at this hotel in the hills of Tuscany.
Just before we left for Roma, we spotted a dog driving a car!

Wonderful venue, great audience, great concert, great Neptune Salad, great club owner, great art on the walls (I took fotos of all his work [Raini Haupt http://www.raininet.de] and bought a small catalog)… Enjoy!

We arrived to our hotel in time for me to take my usual afternoon walk about the city. I walked a great distance on this day, enjoying the ever-unfolding events and structures. It is at this point in my travels taking fotos that I realize I am becoming more and more interested capturing the people and what they are doing. Walk with me and check it all out!

This foto, it was explained to me, is of a hydro-generator (paddle style), the first of its kind, that provides power forthe all electric Smart car you parked. So, electric power from running water! What a concept!
