These fotos were taken in the middle of April, 2014. Just getting them up today, July 7, 2014, as I prepare to clear my ipad storage for our Germany tour: July 9th thru July 21st.
These first three fotos were taken from my hotel room on the Gold Coast while performing for three days at The Bluesfest in Byron Bay.

These next four fotos are down at the beach. I swam everyday! Water was warm and clear. Surfers didn’t wear wetsuits. You can see Chris Garcia here on his cell phone getting more gigs for the various groups he plays in. So beautiful…

Two sweet rides…

This foto is of a tree along the street near the beach at dusk. There are many of these trees up and down the street. At this time in the evening they are loaded up with birds and the birds are VERY vocal: an amazing concert of bird song!

These six fotos were taken backstage at the festival. This was the same stage we performed on three times in three days. We shared it with The Magic Band, among others. Notice the youngster with his big ear protectors.

Looking forward to spending more time “down under!”
